Gently remove the wristband from the child. The unique code is printed on the inside of the band.

Enter the code below exactly as shown (e.g. SB-10001).

The parent's contact details will appear instantly. They will also be notified that their child's band has been scanned.
If this is an emergency or the child is in immediate danger,

999 or contact the nearest member of staff immediately.
